The Guide thermal imaging attachment TA450 combines an extremely compact design with excellent image quality. Due to the small diameter of the device, it can be easily mounted on almost any hunting rifle, usually without dismantling the rear sight. It is therefore suitable as a hand-held device for observation as well as an aiming aid on the telescopic sight of the hunting rifle.
The latest generation of vanadium oxide VOx sensor with 400x300 pixels and excellent detail display on the game body. Responding to the game is therefore no problem even at long distances. The 50Hz technology ensures a smooth, judder-free picture.
High-resolution OLED screen with 1024x768 pixels with 2x and 4x zoom for observation and different display options:
- Black hot: very well suited for detailed addressing
- White hot: warm objects are displayed in white
- Red hot: Perfect for quickly locating game and people in unclear terrain
- Green hot: Representation similar to that of a night vision device
In the menu, which is easy, intuitive and silent to use, you can choose from three scene modes that automatically adjust contrast and brightness: "Natural", "Enhanced" and "Brighter". This gives you the best image display at all times, depending on the terrain and ambient temperature.
Like most Guide thermal imaging devices, the TA450 thermal imaging attachment can be switched to stand-by. In this mode, the TA 450 does not shut down completely, but is dark (i.e. does not illuminate the inside of the canopy) and saves power, but is still ready for use within fractions of a second.
You can zero in and save different zero points for use with different hunting guns.
With a shock resistance of 500G and a permissible muzzle energy E0 of up to 6,000 joules, it can be used with almost any hunting caliber.

For the best image quality, we recommend choosing a magnification of up to 6x for the rifle scope.
